AI Prompt of the Month:

You check your phone dozens of times a day - what if each glance reminded you to protect your neck? Use AI to create a custom lock screen image that gives you a subtle, beautiful reminder every time you pick up your phone.
Open ChatGPT at chat.openai.com and paste this prompt:
- Create an image I can use as my phone lock screen - something beautiful and calming that also includes a subtle visual reminder about neck posture or looking up more often.
- Here's what I'd like:
- Style or vibe: [e.g., minimalist, nature photography, watercolor, abstract, serene]
- Colors I like: [e.g., blues and greens, warm earth tones, soft pastels]
- Optional: Include subtle text that says: [e.g., "Look up," "Chin up," "Breathe and lift," or leave blank for no text]
- The image should work well as a vertical phone lock screen
- Make it something I'd actually want to look at dozens of times a day - not preachy, just a gentle, beautiful reminder.
Download the image and set it as your lock screen. Now every time you pick up your phone, you'll get a nudge to lift your chin and take care of your neck.
